Can't find your invite?
  1. Check your spam/junk folders
  2. Request a new invite by going to patient.navigatingcare.com, click “Need to register? Start Here”, and follow the instructions
  3. Still no invite? Call your clinic, confirm your email and ask for a new invitation
Don't have an email address?
  1. Your clinic can provide a username and password
  2. Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
  3. Scroll down and select “Sign in with a username”
  4. Enter the provided login credentials to begin registration
