She thrives on consulting with pharma partners and collaborating with her team to create optimized patient experiences that truly make a difference. For Chelsea, helping patients stay informed and easing the burden of cancer for everyone involved is deeply fulfilling. Let’s get to know more about her!
What’s the best thing about your job?
I love consulting with our pharma sponsors and collaborating with my team to create optimized patient experiences. I feel an immense sense of pride when a client implements one of our recommendations and it leads to meaningful, positive outcomes. I truly feel excited when I can create a long-lasting and trusting connection with our clients, that’s why I am here.
What’s the best thing about working for Navigating Care?
The people, hands down! I love being part of an organization filled with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skillsets who all share the same goal — improving the patient experience and making a difference. I love encountering people who are as enthused as I am about making a positive impact.
Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?
There are so many people here who inspire me, but I have to highlight Marsie and Megan. They’ve both given me the platform and encouragement to grow into a better version of myself, while allowing me to bring my individuality and spunk into the workplace. Their support, mentorship, and positivity mean the world to me — thank you both for being such incredible teammates and humans.
What parts of our mission/vision/values do you connect with?
I deeply connect with our sense of Purpose. Every day, I see the impact of what we do and why we do it. I also strongly align with the value of Integrity, it’s at the heart of every decision I make and every action I take. Knowing that my work has the potential to do good in the world keeps me motivated and grounded.
What can you be found doing outside of work?
I love volunteering and spending time with my husband and our pugs. Cooking & baking are big passions of mine, and I also enjoy riding my trike (a three-wheel motorcycle) and collecting all things vintage.
What’s your secret talent?
I can mimic voices and accents really well. It’s a fun and unexpected skill that always makes people laugh!
Tell me something about you that most people don’t know?
I’m extremely passionate about life and love trying new things. I’m currently writing a book that explores the beauty in “just being ordinary” — finding quiet peace and wisdom in embracing simplicity and authenticity.
