Hi, I'm Kelly

Does anyone else still have itching on the sight of their radiation treatment a year later, and if so what did you do for it, any help would be great

Hi, I'm Betti

I had a small area when I first started rad. and my RT told me to use something with hydrocorizone in it and that helped. You should ask your team about it as perhaps they would want you to use something else.

I'm Barb DeGraaf, and I'm a survivor of Breast Cancer

I had terrible itching during and after radiation. Once I finished radiation, I “borrowed” a prescription cream from my sister: Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP .1%. Itching stopped. Do ask your doctor about it. It was a miracle for me.

Hi, I'm Betti

Just a little FYI-one shouldn’t “borrow” meds. from others as perhaps your Dr. doesn’t want you using that particular one. I used it on an area of irritation that my dermatologist prescribed but it wasn’t for itching,
