How to Register

Registration begins with an invitation from your clinic. Search your email for Navigating Care and follow the instructions.

If you have an email address but can’t find your invite

  1. Search your email and check your junk mail folder
  2. If it’s not there, call your clinic and ensure they have your contact information correct, and ask for a new invitation

You can also request a new invite online by going to patient.navigatingcare.com, scrolling to “Need to register?” and clicking “Start Here”, then following the instructions.

If you don’t have an email address

  1. Call your clinic to get a username and temporary password
  2. Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
  3. Scroll down and select “Sign in with a username”
  4. Enter the provided login credentials to begin registration
