Anal adenocarcinoma, affecting lymph’s and genital area

Hello all. I have anal adenocarcinoma and have completed 28 days of radiation and chemo. I just had a PET scan and MRI to evaluate my status. I had 3 lymph’s affected but my recent scan shows only one to be active and the anal tumor is shrinking. The shrinking and radiation combined have caused a fistula.
